Joseph Hood Futsal Club – Important Information
The Joseph Hood Futsal Club will take place off-site at Melbury College – Whatley Campus, located directly next to Joseph Hood.
Process:

Children will be collected by Futsal-Elite coaching staff from Joseph Hood at 3:10pm.

They will be escorted safely to the sports hall at Melbury College – Whatley Campus via the shared access gate connected to Joseph Hood.

At the end of the session, children will be escorted back to Joseph Hood, where parents can collect them from the main entrance.

Pupils booked into the Joseph Hood afterschool club will be escorted directly back to the afterschool club once futsal finishes.
Consent:
By signing up, you give permission for Futsal-Elite staff to escort your child off-site to Melbury College – Whatley Campus and assume full responsibility for their care during the club.
