Futsal Elite Membership & Payment Policy

This policy explains how Futsal Elite memberships operate, how payments are collected and how cancellations are handled.
By registering for any Futsal Elite programme or membership you agree to the terms outlined below.
Membership Subscriptions
Many Futsal Elite programmes operate on a rolling monthly membership basis.
Membership provides access to weekly coaching sessions at your selected venue.
Membership payments are collected automatically via:
- Direct Debit
- Recurring card payment
Payments are normally taken on the 1st of each month, unless otherwise stated during the booking process.
Memberships continue automatically until cancelled by the account holder.
Direct Debit Mandate
By setting up a Direct Debit or recurring payment you authorise Futsal Elite and its payment providers to collect payments from your bank account or card in accordance with the agreed membership schedule.
You confirm that:
- You are authorised to set up the payment method
- You agree to recurring membership payments
- Payments will continue until your membership is cancelled
Cancelling a Direct Debit through your bank does not automatically cancel your membership with Futsal Elite.
Cancelling Your Membership
Memberships remain active until cancelled by the account holder.
To cancel or pause your membership you must:
- Cancel through your online account portal, or
- Email info@futsal-elite.co.uk
Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 days before the next payment date.
If a request is received after this time, the next payment may already be processing (“in flight”) and cannot be stopped.
Important Membership Information
- Verbal cancellations made to coaches or staff do not constitute cancellation.
- Coaches do not manage membership accounts or billing.
- Non-attendance does not automatically cancel a membership.
- Membership payments will continue until a valid cancellation request has been received.
The account holder is responsible for managing their membership.
Refund Policy
Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
Refunds will not normally be issued for:
- Missed sessions
- Non-attendance
- Holidays
- Illness
- Schedule clashes
At the discretion of Futsal Elite, a credit may occasionally be offered for future sessions.
Session Cancellations
Occasionally sessions may be cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control including:
- Facility closures
- Severe weather
- Staff illness
- Safety concerns
Where possible Futsal Elite will ensure players do not lose training time. This may include:
- Extending future sessions
- Adding additional training time
- Offering alternative sessions where available
Refunds are not normally issued for cancelled sessions.
Behaviour & Conduct
Futsal Elite promotes a respectful environment for players, parents and coaches.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward:
- Coaches
- Other players
- Facilities and venues
Futsal Elite reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
